I am on day four of my parasite cleanse I am on the Clarkia one at the moment, though I am about to change to the ones sent by my health practitioner because she wanted me to take cloves separately after woodworm and walnut. Any way I feel absolutely awful, I feel nausea and my stomach is so bloated. I normally suffer from chronic diarrhoea, though I have only been the toilet once today and I feel really bunged up. I may do a coffee enema tomorrow if I still feel this bad, though I found them quite painful as I have endometriosis on my bowel. I just feel really low right now, though I know that this is likely to be part of the process...it's horrible.
