one of the firtst things i did after i fired all my allopathic doctors(they were killing me) was i paid cash to go to an ND. they told me to eat right and exercise and tried to sell me peters book and some vitamins. i fired them too.
i got online and found out all i could about the book for free. i used the list for type O's for eating. the avoidance of wheat did me the most good. this i later attributed to celiac disease, an intolererance to the gluten in it. then i found that the wheat we eat is nothing like the grain in the bible(which is my ultimate guide). i ate some spelt but found that my gut had so much damage, such disbiosis, that
Sugar was feeding candida. the candida was aided by the mercury fillings in my mouth. then i found fractionated and cooked food was dead and creating a compost pile inside of me.
the list goes on about my journey, but the lesson is this - the book is pretty much like most gimmicks. it is an idea that is entertaining and contains within it(sort of hidden out in the open) a health remedy that works. kind of like taking an aspirin for the headache and the instructions say take with plenty of water. the water does more good than the aspirin at relieving the complaint. in fact, when it comes to diet, that is the source of all disease so it is a safe bet that a change in diet, even a small one, over time will produce a change in health status. its a scam, but an ingenius one. the coin flip of whether the change will be positive or negative is enhanced by the 30% placebo factor and you have a success rate that the pharmaceutical companies can only get in their wildest dreams, which allows you to sell a lot of books. ND's should seriously learn their trade instead of acting like MDs and believing every salesman that comes in their door to make them a middle man for their product. when i think doctors(including most naturpaths and chiropractors), the first things that come to mind is greedy and then stupid and then dangerous, due to the deadly combination of the first two.
wheat just isnt human food. on top of this it is so fractionated and udulterated with such heinous elements as bromine that it poisons more than it could ever nourish. if it is a GI problem, stop putting stuff through it and let it heal. fasting is the number one cure. also, continued avoidance of heavy metals and bad halides, particularly fluoride and mercury, bromide and aluminum.
Iodine supplementation is essential to correcting this condition.
