MoreThis is a reply to # 891,857I had not thought about that Newport; but it makes very much sense. I've been doing 5 drops per session with 3 to 4 sessions a day. I should try to make a schedule to do as you say. Maybe I'll finally have a breakthrough.

This is a reply to # 891,871I only have large capsules but will try and fill one and see if it holds up before I buy some smaller ones. Got one of the medical key chain things that could hold the caps if it works and then all you need is water...

So....... I have been taking my Iodine with water (24oz bottle) starting from 8am to 5pm. If I take any during the evening it makes me stay awake. So would this be a problem?
When do you take your last dose?

This is a reply to # 892,128It does seem to give a lot of energy, doesn't it? I've been taking 4 doses (5 drops each, sometimes 4). 7:30 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM. I'm going to try to change that to fewer drops every 2 hours; until I reach my 16 to 20 drops.

This is a reply to # 891,857We have a symbiotic relationship with bacteria though... we do not want to kill them all.
But one link in thousands; do a search... in fact, some say we are more bacteria than human cells... why would we want to "kill" them all? I think we must think nutritionally to live with them, not against them.

My thought is that if we kill symbiotic and/or beneficial bacteria/viri along with the so called "bad" we could end up inadvertently cutting our own throats in the process... but then is that possible?
Another possibility is one fighting these "bad" bacteria/viri to the point that we do not allow our systems to naturally adapt/develop immunity... then what happens when we are inundated with them?
Possibly, as some suggest, adaptation and human cell morphology could be the answer here.

This is a reply to # 892,142That was my concern when I was taking Humaworm. However it did not unnerve me. I realized that a big part of the job of friendly bacteria was to keep me safe from unfriendly bacteria. As long as Humaworm did not discriminate, I realized that I did not need support from the friendlies. Of course, we know that they do more than defend. Now, while I am taking in large servings of Iodine (100mg large for me. I only weigh 140), I am not going to worry. When I step back to maintenance mode, I will fix it by consuming probiotics or something to welcome the friendlies back home.Advertisement
