It does seem to give a lot of energy, doesn't it? I've been taking 4 doses (5 drops each, sometimes 4). 7:30 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM. I'm going to try to change that to fewer drops every 2 hours; until I reach my 16 to 20 drops.
