To start, just allow the body to REVERSE GRAVITY and stretch, you will be one inch taller in no time. As your use to the effects, then you can move/exercise anyway that feels good or just allow the gravity to do the work.
The slant board and more advanced the inversion machine are one of the best exercises I know; gravity as we walk compacts the body, while the slant board reverses it. The slant board use to be a very popular item that today is hardly ever seen in the home.
