Adjust your diet to elimiate all bad fats, pork, sugar, alcohol, ALL pharmaceuticals (Rx or over the counter),
all mucus producing foods,clean up your surroudings,
take good quality supplements(better absorbed once your bowels are cleaned up), like chlorella(itself has great detoxing properties),
probitics, digestive ezymes,
eat fermented milk(like kefir, kambucha, yogurt),
experiment with different herbs and spices (garlic, ginger,turmeric,etc), add sea vegs to your diet, consider going vegeterian for a while, and try all kids of stuff: making it fun...
