Hi everyone,
I find the shared information so encouraging.
Does anybody have suggestions what to do about "minor" pain attack at work? I don't think I could take
Epsom Salt there, because of runnies. Mostly the pain seems to subside after ½ to 2 h but I am pretty
incapacitated for at least ½ hour. (I used to get them about every 3 weeks, ready to go to the ER and
hope the flushes will reduce this).
After first successful Clark flush I had one attack during night after 4 days and now one after 10 days at work
during day.
The night attack (~2 am) I treated with 10
oz Magnesium citrate (which really tastes much better), warm
water bottle and in morning just 3 Tbsp olive oil with ½ lemon juice and it worked really well. So tonight
I will try to repeat this with less magnesium since I had to go too often during the day at work with 10
oz.
I hope I will be able to do a 2nd Clark flush this weekend.
Also, Charles Hilton and Southern Belle, thank you for finding the information on our need for magnesium.
I had seen a post on Celtic
Sea Salt and after a google search found a source where to order it.
2% magnesium in
Sea Salt is not all that much but I got my salt today and have kept "tasting" it and ate
about a tsp just with a craving for it so who knows what in it I was missing.
Today, I heard an OBGYN from radio talk show say that it is known that hormone therapy increases risk
for gallbladder disease.
So that may explain it in my case, but I had never read or seen that information before.
Thank you so much everyone for sharing, especially since this is not a topic for lunch
or other regular conversation.
