I've been reading this forum for a few months now, and this is the first time I've decided to post.
First off, I'm a 35 year-old male. These past few months have been the first time in my life that I've sought to better my health. Prior to this, I thought I was in pretty good health. I have had mild eczema for most of my life, but within the past few years, it has gotten worst. After having no success with doctors, I found this forum.
The first protocol I decided to try was OP because it was easy and accessible. I started two months ago. Eagerly, I went to the grocery store and bought whatever sunflower oil they had which was the refined kind. First day I swished, I felt like gagging. But I managed to keep it in. Immediately, I noticed some sinus drainage. But that's about it.
I faithfully kept at it and got use to swishing about twice a day. For a month, I experienced some more
Acne than usual, and for a couple of weeks my eczema got worse. But after a month, I finally see some good results. I noticed that my eczema has improved. The redness has lessened 50%, and the itching has gone from "mad" to mild. However, after a week of noticing my eczema improving, I experienced an unexpected healing crisis.
I've read many accounts of healing crisis on here, but I didn't think it would happen to me. I have never been sick for many years that the thought of having flu-like symptoms seem alien to me. Also, I work from home, so I'm hardly ever in contact with other people. But it happened suddenly one day while sitting on my computer I began to get one of the worst headaches, and I hardly ever get headaches. At the same time, I started getting a dry cough, which soon became uncontrollable. I curled in bed the rest of the day as I felt terrible. My girlfriend came home and asked me where I got this "flu" from. I couldn't answer, because I had not been in contact with anyone. I was always in the comfort of my home. The only thing I could think of was OP, and that it had unlocked the healing crisis everyone was talking about.
After nearly a week of miserable dry cough that kept me up at night, it turned into a cough with mucus. I remember coughing up mucus ages ago when I caught a cold, but nothing like this. I have never coughed up so much mucus in my life. Every 20 minutes, I'd have to run to the bathroom to cough up a big glob of thick green mucus. I remember watching a movie, and having the press the pause button at least 10 times to run to the bathroom to expel mucus. For three entire weeks, every 20 min, I'd cough up mucus (and also blow it out of my nose). Luckily, I work from home, so I can run to the bathroom easily. I remember yelling out on a few occasions about how much f--k--g mucus can a person have. It seemed endless.
Today, after four weeks of coughing up mucus, I am improving. I am still coughing up mucus, but the trip to the bathroom is maybe once an hour now. I am able to sleep through the night again. Everyone has told me to go to the doctor, but I refused. I know I must get rid of all the mucus.
Which each and everyday I know I'm getting better slowly but surely. I cough out mucus, and blow mucus from my nose. It's a big mucus fest... but I don't feel "sick" like I have the flu or a cold. It just feels like my body wants to get rid of the evil mucus. OP has perhaps restored my immune system.
