Last Wednesday I had knee replacement surgery and spent 3 days in the hospital.
Some of the medications made me very constipated. I couldn't wait to get home to my
Oxypowder !!
After several nights of
Oxypowder things are moving again. a few nights ago I passed a bunch of flukes, the brown ones. Another night I passed about 40 soft stones and tonight I passed quite a few of the red tomato skin looking flukes.
I haven't been flushing or taking a
parasite cleanse for several months. Do you think something I was given in the hospital caused this? Just curious I guess and thrilled to have all of this out of me. I sure feel better!
For surgery I was given a spinal anesthesia. I couldn't feel anything below my waist and I was awake during surgery. Can't believe I did it because I am not all that brave. :) I could hear everything the doctor was saying.
This was my first surgery and first time in the hospital. Does anyone have suggestions about what I can take/eat/do for a quicker, healthier recovery? Would it be good to do a juice fast? Do I need more protein for awhile? Any ideas?
Thanks everyone!
