I agree with Cora. Need a bit more info with regards to what your other symptoms are. I, too, am underweight due to my parasite infection. If it is a parasite ifection the parasites will absorb all the goodness before you get it hence malabsorbtion. It is not always necessarily down to parasites but if you are eating well something is definately going on and needs attention.
