Okay, been reading the lecithin post (I'm so big on lecithin it's nuts - I mean it's soy!) Also oil pull, but not religiously. I use coconut oil.
Newport posted link to the legals and illegals of the SCDiet yesterday/today - I simply to not understand this confllicting info, putting the
Genetically-Modified-Organisms thing aside.
Soy is bad (according to most). But lecithin is "legal" on SCD. However, she (the site) then goes on states why it is bad.
I'm getting more confused the more I read about lecithin. She agrees with the eggs (SCD chick).
Just someone please tell me once and for all - are lecithin granules GOOD or BAD? What are the REAL pros (okay, I get the soy part but I thought it involved processing, as in the milk - is edamame not GOOD?)
Edamame and hummus are about the only protien items I take in. I get about two to three tablespoons of lecithin in a day (granules). Am I killing myself?
