Jennifer and Jim kept getting huge water bills.
They knew beyond a
doubt that the bills weren't representative of their
actual usage,
and no matter how they tried to conserve, the high> bills continued.
Although they could see nothing wrong, they had
everything checked
for leaks or problems: first the water meter, then
outdoor pipes,
indoor pipes, underground pipes, faucets, toilets,
washer, ice maker,
etc.
all to no avail.
One day Jim was sick and stayed home in bed, but
kept hearing water
running downstairs. He finally tore himself from his
sick bed to
investigate, and discovered the cause of such high
water bills.
Apparently this was happening all day long when they
were not at home.
Knowing that few would believe him, he taped a
segment of the 'problem'
for posterity -- see attached video.
Toto's Apricot toilet seat plays tunes from SD cards

Sure, talking about toilet seats can be somewhat awkward, but we're fairly certain you'd rather have a seat that sung to you while occupying the restroom than one that, well, didn't. Regardless of whether you're creeped out by a speaker-infused toilet seat or not, Toto is back and better than ever with its new Apricot. The seat maintains the SD slot and MP3 playback abilities of its predecessor, but this rendition also features a few "self-cleaning" abilities, a fragrance emitter, and an automatic light that turns on when it knows you're approaching. Furthermore, it looks to interface with a wall-mounted control unit that can queue up a playlist just as soon as it senses your presence, and as a good steward of the environment, shuts down when not needed to conserve electricity. So if you're strangely curious about sitting on an ultra-clean, sound streaming seat when visiting the bathroom, you can pick up Toto's Apricot next week for a staggering ¥109,200 ($900).
thats more than i could take. this apparently had been going on for months? you would think the cat would get bored. he would after i found out about it!
And he absolutely loves water...??? I almost died when I saw this.
Ozzie knocks over glasses. Doesn't matter what's in them as long as it's liquid. We simply cannot leave any glass of liquid anywhere or he will knock it over. We can leave a glass for 5 minutes, come back and it's knocked over LOL!! He has discovered the kitchen sink now, and we can't leave any glass made of glass anymore, because they are often broken.
Everytime we take a shower he gets in the bathtub.
He pushes his water bowl all over the kitchen. I've walked in and tripped over it more times than I care to count. He tries to knock it over, but we got one with a big wide base. All he can do is move it now.
