You cannot judge the effectiveness of the
Master-Cleanse by the quantity of gunk in the potty!!!
What comes out depends entirely on what you have inside. In my case, my poor abused colon was totally impacted with old tire rubber, orange peels, gum wrappers someone had apparently stapled or velcroed to the walls... heck, who knew!? Four years of concentrated cleansing effort later I achieved my main goal, turning 50 with a clean pink colon!
My partner's colon is great. However, his arteries were badly gunked up. Two years of oral chelation later he's in good shape.
My point is that waste settles in different places for different people. If you don't take it out... it stays in! What you are doing is an excellent flush of the entire system. Your body will work hard to cleanse, detox and heal whatever organ or organs need it the most -- not necessarily the colon! The fact that you are experiencing detox symptoms indicate that you are NOT clean!
You should never break a fast when you are feeling unwell. Fast through until you are feeling great again -- eating will only extend the fasting crisis.
Be sure to drink LOTS of extra water, in addition to the lemonade. It is very easy to become dehydrated while fasting. And do keep your colon very clean, every fasting day. Sounds like that part is easy for you, you lucky dog!
Best,
