Hiya Mojo One!
Yes, I've certainly experienced great energy after most flushes.
I'm a stone counter, although I understand #stones is not the key issue. It's just a way of keeping track of how effective each flush is.
I find that all flushes (for me) begin and end with strong acid, especially the first two, which made sitting down painful for a day or so after...not so bad now!
While the stones are coming out, I'm not hungry at all, no matter how long I've been fasting. It's possible that hunger during a flush might be a sign of parasites. I've kept up with the little buggers though, I assume that I re-infect myself in a variety of ways, so at the first sign of gurgles in the stomach/intestines I do a maintenance
parasite cleanse. I've noticed that if I do one for a day or two before a flush, I'm not hungry, and I don't get cravings. Food for thought, so to speak! When I do get hungry after, I drink juice and then eat something vegetable based or a muskmellon (great at gently cleaning you out and helping you regain energy!) - but not until I feel hungry.
After the stones are pretty much out, I'm pretty wiped out. Lazy as a hm CAT. That seems to last about 6 hours after the last ES drink. At this time, I sometimes notice negative emotions and really watch for sudden visuals, daydreams from nowhere about long ago events etc ... my emotions being cleansed as well!
About 8 - 9 hours after, I feel tingling in the skin of my face, and often there is a mild flush. This heightened colour seems to be lasting for weeks now, and only fades just before the next flush. My skin has really improved in the past 3 - 4 months (from Flush 12 on), to the point where others comment.
About 10 - 12 hours after the last ES drink, my energy suddenly zooms. This varies from flush to flush, of course. Once, I started cleaning the house at 11 pm, because I had so much energy and positive feeling that I couldn't sleep and wanted to do something nice for my family (I was visiting)!
By the next day, I feel like I'm dancing on air, like my body is strong and vibrant and healthy and I can do ANYTHING. I'm usually in a grand mood, too. This feeling lasts for days, sometimes almost a week, before I gradually settle down.
The best thing, as far as I'm concerned, is I don't have wild mood swings anymore. What a relief! It is exhausting to go from a high to a low and back, and it sucks to be depressed or angry over things that really won't matter in ten years' time (my standard for judging significance).
On the other hand, I have to watch that I don't get too caught up in observing myself, my body, my health and emotions. Sometimes I'm so distracted by how I feel that I really don't pay enough attention to the people around me.
So - that's what I feel after a flush!
