Hello fellow veggies!
Right now I am in the beginning days of a juice fast- which will last into mid May. Once Mid May hits I will be eating raw food for the duration of the summer. Well mostly raw, but completely vegetarian (maybeeee a little fish here and there, or possibly lobster. Sorry, I can't resist). Anyways, I am wondering if there are certain supplements or vitamins that I should be taking during this time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Keep in mind that I probably won't have the most diverse range of fruits and veggies to eat, as I am working a golf course, where they prodive us with meals. I will probably be eating fruits and salads the whole time.
