Hi LIB...Puffiness of the face usually means excess dairy and or sugar. Now, I'm
not sure about the rash...but it could be from the same thing. If you have excess
dairy and or sugar, just try doing without them for a few days and see what that
does.
Poor skin, acne, etc is usually connected to a congested colon and or liver. So you
might look into cleaning up your diet. If you have a juicer...a juice once or twice
daily of carrot, spinach and apple should fix you right up...IF you also back off
on the things that may be messing your up. (dairy and sugar) Spinach and carrot
are excellent for the skin...as is cucumber and many other veggies...so I hope you can do some juicing. If not...then, back off on the foods that are bad for you...
and add lots of salads with spinch and cucumber added.
