What really helped me to handle both hot 110+ and cold 20's without a jacket was kelp... Now it could also have something to do with the cleansing, detoxing and exercising too, however I can put my finger on the kelp for sure with this.
Was it the
Iodine in the kelp? The sodium? The whole ball of wax including the plethora of trace minerals? I cannot say, but it worked.
I have people walk by me when it is in the high 30's and raining asking me if I am cold... nope.
My thoughts after the
Iodine information I have read of late... I think that
Iodine will do it, by correcting total halide balance along with proper hydration (water and salt) and a reasonably clean, healthy diet.
I will never give up my organic kelp though... it is better than wheat grass as a superfood in my opinion based upon my experience.
