Hi, green tea is really good, however too much of it wont let you sleep well.
I had seborrhea/dandruff as you mention, with the shampoo "elvive dandruff control" it was controlled on the scalp, however the nose was still red sometimes, for example during a climate change. Some years ago tried camomilla tea over the face which helped but it reappeared two days later.
With green tea what happened is that the red went slowly away, what was red then turned into a seborrhea/dandruff stage, then just a little dry skin, and then completely normal skin. That was a huge improvement I wanted to share.
Which brand ? Cachamai ( non US brand ). But it should not matter, there are so many brands you can try out and feel which one can help you the most. For example , it's said that if you drink it as soon as you make it it's stimulating, but if you leave it for some time it's ...sedative.
