I wouldn't consider working out until in the zone ... at least day 5, so the
fat melting process is in gear. Otherwise it's easy to over do it as we are only taking in about 100 calories per lemonade...
Be sure to shoot for 'at least' half your weight in
ounces of the Lemonade.
I shoot for 10-12 per day(6'3",240)
