Ehhh those multis are sketchy. Your body can't absorb mass amounts of synthetic vitamins in one dose. It just wasn't designed that way. I'd get a blood test done to see if you're on the low/anemic side.
But regardless, if you're vegan, you NEED extra iron and B-12. Do you really need a multi, or maybe individual supplements that fill the void in your diet are good enough?
Maybe you only need a B-complex, iron and zinc or something to that effect, rather than a whole multi, for instance.
