Liver Cleansing and bowel cleansing can definitely help overall health which will be reflected in the quality of the skin. Sometimes a juice fast can heal scars, I noticed on my last one a scar above my eye peeled and is greatly reduced.
What kind of lifestyle changes have you made?
To your diet?
I have some bad scars on my body and one on my face, and theyve only gradually begun to fade as I cleaned up my diet and made sure I was eating a compliment of minerals and vitamins from food sources and removing toxins. Skin cells take about 30 days to turnover, so it is a long haul thing...
Have you tried ozonated olive oil?
I have done daily applications for about two weeks and seen good results with the burn scar on my face.
I think its important to remember that any sort of topical healing is 80-90% what goes in you and 10-20% what goes on you...
Skin food is the key!
Ensure you have enough cal and mag as a starter.
Then ensure you have vits C, A, D and E from sources such as fruits, cod liver oil and wheat germ oil (fresh oil not capsules), zinc is often depeleted in people with scars, especially stretch marks.

Perhaps add moreless's alkalising drink, will give you a good base of minerals but you'll need extra zinc.
Organic Raw eggs are a good source of clean protien.
Carrot juice with cream or butter will provide vitamin A.
EFAs from good oils.

B vitamins from nutritional yeast flakes
Lecithin for the fat busters and
Liver Cleansing properties.
