well my Antibiotics arrived today to treat blasto parasite but now i am freaking out. what if i am wrong and the parasite isnt causing any trouble and its just the candida. or what if i am right and its kills parasite but Antibiotics make my candida severe bedridden. i hate this i wish there was some amazing doctor who new all this stuff and told u what to do. unforntuanlty i have only two choices not take it, or test my theory out. i will be taking it cause i have already lost two years of my life and couldnt face losing another two by going round in circles.

This is a reply to # 785,681can you ask dr for an antifungal to take along with antibiotic. That would keep candida in check.

MoreThis is a reply to # 785,681The Antibiotics cause candida to flare by killing probiotics. So make sure you take a probiotic at least 6 hours apart from taking the antibiotic. I usually take twice the dose of probiotics when taking them when on Antibiotics . If you constantly replenish the probiotics, the effect of the Antibiotics on your intestinal flora will be minimal.
I know it is scary, but their have been a couple of times I have had to take antibiotics since learning about Candida and treating it. And while it may flare up a bit, it has never reverted back to as bad as it was before I started treating it.

MoreThis is a reply to # 785,681Bemmer, I feel for your worries! Someone else already suggested what I was just going to write: can you buy some anti-candida products first, and make sure to take them at the same time as the Antibiotics ?
And during, or starting near the end of the Antibiotics regime, start taking Probiotics and eating lots of yogurt then also to replenish the good guys.
There are only a few of us here in Curezone doing or thinking of doing the special Antibiotic program that you have (for blastocystis or D. Fragilis) - I've been reading your posts regularly and want you to know that I'm rooting for you.
I can't start my own program yet - had a sudden dental infection recently that set my health back, so it may be another month before I'm ready to take anything strong again. But it's in the plans.

i have appointment with natropth in two weeks time to get all sorts of liver support, candida/parste cleanse and bowel cleansing stuff. iposted what it was couple pages back. cant take any fermented stuff with the Antibiotics cause of high thimine or something. so not yoghurt, kefier, probiotics i guess. the natropth will hopefully give me something to take while on Antibiotics and then do the major repair work after.
i hope yourinfection clears up quickly. i will def keep u posted once i start. actually might email you, as its easier to gable on about how i am going on drugs once i start. yep it sure is scarey, but we will both come out well, i no it...
sounds like u are doing good on candida front if u are getting die off, keep it up..

I would say that if you have Blasto u need to get rid of it and that means taking the meds. IMO I doubt that killing the Blasto will make u feel better immediatly. If u have been sick for 2 years you are likely to suffering dysbiosis which may invlove fungal or bacterial overgrowth/undergrowth. Later down the track if you require it there is a lab in Melbourne which can check your poo for both aerobic and anerobic bacteria - most labs just check for aerobic bugs :(. However that said killing the Blasto should make you feel somewhat better.
I would recommend taking a probiotic and an antifungal whilst u take ur meds. You should continue with the probiotic once u have completed ur meds.
