Yes, there are things that work. Yes, you can get well. The problem is that many people either do not stick with the diet, they cheat on the diet, they do not bowel cleanse, they do not supplement with minerals, or there is something else wrong w/ them.
I have been very sick, extremely. I thought it was curtains for me about 9 months ago. But since then I have gotten steadily better. I might also say, I had candida before years ago and got 100% well.
The key to getting well is 1.) confirming that your issues are in fact candida and not something else 2.) never cheating on a strict diet 3.) supplementing and eating the right foods 4.)bowel cleanse with antifungal 5.)giving it time.
If you are treating yourself and expecting results in a few days or weeks, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. If you have a severe case it could take months. Even a year or longer. Of course you would want to see some steady progress. If you are not seeing or feeling something, then you need to question whether you are doing enough, are you doing the right things, or is there something else wrong?
If you confirmed you have candida then the next step is to take a look at your diet and habits. Are you getting enough sleep? Do you take vitamins? What are you eating? What are you doing to kill the candida?
I might also add as has been my experience that not everyhting works for everyone. There are different strains of candida. Who knows which one you might have or what might be effective in killing it. So if one antifungal does not bring on die off, try another.
I would highly recommend adding the antifungal to a psyllium and
Bentonite shake. Check out this post

I found the combo of psyllium,
Bentonite and liquid caprylic acid to be very effective. I have passed tons of candida using that method. After 4 1/2 months my die off stopped though. Since then I am searching for a new antifungal. We are supposed to rotate as candida will become accustomed to your treatment. I posted images in the candida board of my candida that I passed.
In addition, as with my own experience, you must address what other issues candida might have caused as this will strain the body more and make it harder to get rid of it. Do you have adrenal issues, thyroid, sinuses, stress etc?
Maybe you could tell us your protocol and lets have a look. What do you eat, take and do. Do you work, are you stressed? Are you tkaing any medications?
