Hi everyone,
After reading many posts on this (and other GB related forums)I have decided to put my fears aside and start my flush tonight. Ive decided to forego the parasite cleanse because I dont want to wait so long to do the GB flush. Ive read numerous articles that state the GB cleanse wont be effective without doing the parasite cleanse but Ive read just as many that argue that point.
How many of you have done the GB cleanse without doing the parasite cleanse first? What were the results?
Thanks to all who have taken the time to answer my questions both on and offlist. It certainly is comforting to hear insight from those who have experienced what Im experiencing now...frustration, fear and pain.
I will post my results when Im able.

Don't be apprehensive! I was very scared, too, the first time I did a flush. When it's all over, you'll wonder why you thought it was such a worry.
If you take your Epsom Salts properly, and drink your oil, and follow all the directions properly, it should go fine.
I did not do a parasite cleanse before my first two Liver Flushes because I knew that I had to get my gb duct opened up. The neck of my gb was impacted with stones. My first two flushes were VERY successful! My gb duct was cleared during my first flush and I got out some large stones. Not HUGE, but large, about large grape sized. I'll be doing another flush on Friday and I'm just jumping up and down. I can't WAIT! I'm excited to see what other crud I can get rid of.
I did take a bottle of CoQ-10 this morning as a "quick" parasite cleanse, to see if anything happens in these few days before my next liver cleanse. (This is 3000 mg total) I'll be sure to keep everyone posted of any results.

Go for it! Try not to be scared. Easy for me to say! The first time I did one (about four flushes ago), I was so nervous I could hardly sleep all night. Now, it is old hat.
Remember to pamper yourself a bit. Take a relaxing bath, wear your most comfy clothes...do something nice for yourself and really relax.
Once you see what comes out, you'll be really excited. Don't stress if you don't see any until after several trips to the bathroom. Also, I've had extremely productive cleanses, and ones where I hardly saw any stones. Results vary from flush to flush.
