Hi! I usually read these and don't comment. However; I would like to tell you what happened to me. 15 months ago I went on a cleanse. I used the Awareness products. I do not sell them, but I could because I believe in them. I started the cleanse taking their product called CLEAR (for parasites), HARMONY to boost the immune system, and EXPERIENCE which is a colon toner (not laxative). After about a month I started passing long ropes (what I called them) and later found out it was mucoid plaque. It took 6 weeks to get all of them out. I saw alot of parasites also in the process. About 7 weeks into it I thought I had never felt so awful in my life. I called a naturapath that is familiar with the products and begged for help. She said I was going through a "cleansing crisis" and that was a good thing. The body was reacting to the cleanse. (I didn't think it was such a good thing at the time). Also, you need to be having regular bowel movements to get rid of the parasites that you have stirred up or you will CONTINUE to feel awful. She told me to juice fruit in the morning and juice vegetables in the afternoon. Only drink juice for one day and then have a good breakfast the next day. It helped alot. Now I have become very interested in the liver flushes. I completed my first one 2 weeks ago with great success. Alot of green and tan colored stones. Then about 5 days after the flush I felt so awful AGAIN. I was very worried that I had done something wrong. Then I remembered the juice fast. I did it for a couple of days and pulled out of it. It was rough though. Now I feel good again and can't wait to do the next flush. I am no doctor but I do feel strongly about the fact that they are too quick to hand out drugs and do surgery. Besides, how much MONEY can one make handing out recipes that consist of olive oil, apples and lemon juice? Good luck to you.
