I've been working on this to give to some people who ask me a lot of questions about oil pulling. If you don't mind, will you all please let me know if I'm leaving anything important out, or if I may have over done it. It is 3 pages long. I know I can be wordy. Do you think I should shorten it? Thanks...I appreciate it...c
Oil Pulling
Some reasons to believe in oil pulling:
One could go on and on with all parts of the body to find that bacteria can attack and disease any and all parts of the body. All of the above can be looked up on the Internet. And, yes, bacteria and their toxins can be present and live and spread in the intestines, etc and not just the mouth and many diseases may come from what we eat and what passes through our digestive tract. However, the fact that the thin mucous membranes of the mouth give an easy access to the bloodstream should make one think seriously about what we let live and thrive in our mouths.
(Not easy to take a picture of your own teeth. It is more of a dramatic effect to see both the top and bottom together, but I’m only willing to post the bottom row of teeth. They are whiter now. The areas of the canine teeth seem to be slower to change, possibly because it is more difficult to concentrate the pull in that area).
There are many good reports posted on CureZone.com about people experiencing healing in all areas of their bodies and even reports of people sleeping better.

Wow, thank you everyone for your kind comments. Everyone here on this forum is a great help to me and I love it that everyone here is upbeat and encouraging!
Today I was thinking of 2 other things I remembered reading. One is that Laughingrrrl said that some bacteria / toxins are water soluble and others are oil soluble, so the oil will get things out that the water won’t.Thank you all for posting on this site you give me lots of inspiration to move on, and most everything I wrote came from you all or you gave me ideas to look in other places.
Blessings!....cHi Grz,
How long that bentonite stays good for? I have a bottle like that which you posted a few posts back and it has been kept stored in a cool dark place, unopened. Do they expire?
