Maybe you can also get info at :Janis and friends, which is at delphi forums.It is a quite active forum,but be careful because most people at those forums have trouble with their liver and you can get scared when you read about 25 years without symptoms ,did check up and wow !stage three fibrosis!.I posted there asking for healthy hep c poeple with infection longer trhan thirty years and not many healthy ones showed up.Most people have lots of serious hep c problems like cirrosis and some even got liver transplants.Reading all that scared me to death.Most of all because I didn't worry too much about my hep untl now when my values went up and lived quite happily all over(have IBS and candida though).I thought that there MUST be healthy people with long term Hep c and without fibrosis :I even posted thatquestion at the hepc forum here at curezone.But not much response eithet.Then i come to the conclusion that if you are healthy and have no problems(like you or me before)you won't post at hep c forums,isn't it?so maybe for this reason not many healthy hepers have shown up and that tranqilizes me abit.Ok we stay in touch and all the best with your diet.What protocol are you following?I also thought about oregano oil,Is it safe for the liver?
