it is strong with alcohol in it. i mixed it with a little water, held it under my tongue for a while and then swallowed it. i dont remember if i did it on an empty stomach at first or not. i would think that would be best. i have no idea where the instructions are that he sent. i think he puts all that on a disc now. you can always call brenda and ask her. she is very knowledgable. 903-666-6107

There are many herbs that are used for cleansing the 2 million cells of each kidney. Many just make you urinate allot, these may not be too good if your full of calcium, etc.

When I read Dr. Clark's books and seen her kidney cleanse herb formula, I then looked at Dr. Chritopher's kidney formulas and they were pretty close, Christopher's being a little stronger. So I made Dr. Clark's formula in a formula, not a tea as she suggest, I didn't think anyhting of it. Then i find out that drclark.com never has reorders on this expensive bunch of herbs because no one likes making it the Dr. Clark method in daily tea for 6 weeks. The version I made in a 8 ounce bottle is quite potent even taste wise too, when taken 1 tsp, at bedtime, 6 days per week for 6 weeks, one bottle works perfect. It also has had many amazing results, everything from spurs dissolving to peeing of burning sand etc.

I have used MH"s kidney flush faithfully for a month now and am just wondering if I should be seeing something or feeling somehing. I will keep using it, but just was wondering if I should use more than 1 teaspoon a night to make sure I flushed everything out. What do you think?
