I know that LLMD's aren't covered by insurance, but you need to be looked at and have your lab work sent to IGeneX.

Most of your symptoms sound like liver heat, liver stagnation, and blood deficiency symptoms. And then when you said that the symptoms started when your doctor prescribed Prozac, well, that would probably explain it. Just the fact that you needed Prozac probably meant that your liver was in trouble already. I've heard that drugs can harm the liver. If that is what is causing most of your problems, there are many ways to undo the damage and you can get yourself back to being healthy again. (PS: Just my opinion.)

I was misdiagnosed for 20 years. Had a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and cfs. I ultimately found I had lyme disease and babesia - a co-infection with lyme that's in the family of malaria. I was tested over and over for lyme with the standard elysa test. I was negative. It wasn't until I tried a newer test that I came out positive. It explained everything and I have had the same exact symptoms you are describing.

I am on here as often as I can to tell people to just get the test for lyme and the infections that are often transmitted with lyme!!!! Doesn't it make sense that cfs and fibromyalgia could be caused by an undetected infection??!!! Last week I stopped eating low carb + animal protein and started eating cooked vegan and slowly my fibromyalgia, headaches, hair falling out, and extremes of body temperature started to return. Yesterday was the worst; I had a terrible headache all day and then at night I started to get sinus congestion. I shook the thermometer and it only went down to 95.6, and although I usually have a low body temperature, it doesn't usually go below that. But my temperature didn't even register, so I'm not sure what it was, but it was very low. Anyway, that made me think that the thyroid is very much involved in all these problems that I have which are very similar to yours.
I took some kelp and the headache didn't go away, but at least the sinus congestion started to clear up. This morning I am going back to some form of animal protein and fat, plus some form of carb. I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to do it, because I have digestion difficulties, but I think this is the only way to have decently functioning adrenals and thyroid, at least for me.
What is your diet like? Have you found any way of eating that helps relieve your symptoms. I think if we're going to get better, part of the cure has to be finding the right diet. That has been the most difficult part for me, well, besides figuring out what the cause is.
