MoreThis is a reply to # 755,518I have dark cicles too - it can be a sign of dehydration, kidney/liver toxicity, not enough iron/B12... or it could be that you're underyes are hollow (like mine) and thusly have thinner skin that shows all the icky bloodvessels. If you have puffy bags and cirles, then it's time to start some interal cleansing, because it's a sign your body is congested :)

I got my puffy eyes, when _I started my liver flushes.
Havent done them for 3 yrs.
...I m as puffy as ever.
sometimes it looks likes I implated golfballs under my eyes!
I never go outside anymore.
I loose aprox. 2k of hair everyday since I started yhat cleansing protocol
It is like: the more minerals I chew, the worse -I look.

MoreThis is a reply to # 762,303You probably started detoxing and stopped before you finished, so you have all the toxins that came to the surface than had no where to go. Like my Acne got HORRIBLE for nearly 2 years once I started cleansing and then I started looking better and feeling better. It's a process.

This is a reply to # 765,649What is a doctor going to do, prescribe you a cream or somethingfull of chemicals that possibly (if you're lucky) COVERS the puffiness? Don't think so. You have to find the cause, and then address it.
User #227 wrote about how cleansing made everything bad. WHAT A PROVO!!! Nuff said!
