Worms, fleas and ticks

I live in Jamaica and I started having problems with fleas and ticks on my dogs. Also I just noticed white worms in their stool. I took the puppies to the vet (7 weeks old) and they had tapeworms.. Now the older puppies have them too. (7 months)
I have 11 dogs. I need something to treat them for all 3.
What would you recommend?

I hope you can find homes for all the puppies or are able to afford to take care of them.
I would suggest that you go back to the vet and get "Advantage" to get kill the fleas and ticks. I know it is poison but it is better to get rid of fleas and ticks rather than just let these parasites suck on your puppies.
The vet will also be able to give all the pups and the mother worm treatment.
I hope you have plenty of money for all this.

Thanks for your reply. I have used Advantage in the past but was wondering if there were any alternative treatments.
I am getting the mother spayed ASAP. She is actually not mine but I took her in when she was pregnant. During the IVAN I stayed with a friend and brought my male dog (Great Dane).. unfortunately it was too crazy to notice that my friend's dog was in heat... so that was the first set of puppies.
Then I was to get her spayed after she finished nursing but I had the timing wrong and she went in to heat again earlier than I thought possible. This time I'm just waiting until the vet says I can bring her in to get spayed.
I have found homes for the puppies... just keeping them until they can go to their new homes. I have gotten pretty attached to them and I have plenty of room for them... but they are costing me too much money.

I wish there was a good alternative treatment for fleas and ticks but as far as I know there is no safe and effective one. I am scared of herbs for animals, unless they have been tested and even then, who knows for sure ? We cannot ask the animals to tell us how they feel. I hardly ever have to use any kind of flea treatment, but when I do have to break down and use it Advantage is my choice. It seems gentler than the others and does work, that is why I suggested it to you.
Good to hear that you will be getting the dog spayed. And it is great that you have found homes for the puppies. I know it is hard to let them go !
