How is your Bouboulina doing? I did notice that the first one to go on medication (Sachi-also now the fattest) would sleep more after being on the tapozole. Before that he was constantly restless or picking fights with his siblings. Their fur seems to get matted easier. None of them scratch constantly or lick paws, pads, head, etc. In fact a few of them could stand to have better bathing habits! Two of them are still a little skinnier than I would like, but one also has Arthritis in his jaw, so he gets glucosamine for that. I can't remember what strength the pills come in (BTW, we get ours at Wal-Mart, because it is a lot cheaper than the vet. 100 pills is about $42.00 and lasts us almost a month) but they get between a 1/4 tablet to one whole tablet twice a day. We try to feed them separately at pill time, so they are not getting the wrong dosage. (I found it was too traumatic to shove a pill down 4 cats throats twice a day, so we grind it up and mix it in a teaspoon of wet food, or baby food).

Sorry to hear about all the health issues in the new location. I notice some allergies one of our cats had have cleared up since we moved to our new house. Our old apartment had a lot of smokers in it, and the stench would reach our apartment making my girl kitties eyes get all funky.

For our dog's skin allergies and stuff, we try to be careful about what they eat and eliminate corn, soy and wheat in their diets. All the ear infections, and skin itchies went away, once they stopped eating that stuff.
