Hi! not sure if any folks here get "First" magazine. It's $1.99 an issue, and packed with all the typical woman's magazine stuff like fashion, interior decorating, celebrity secrets, recipes, etc., but they also have lots of nutrient and alternative articles that no other magazine seems to feature- and they feature everyday women who have successfully healed by using certain protocols and nutrients. It is one of my favorite woman's magazines.
A few months ago, they featured one woman who lost weight and regained health after doing body cleanses to rid her body from excess flouride from drinking water.
This month's newest issue (October 30) the cover feature is, "Are
parasites Making you Fat?: News! 1 in 3 Americans are Affected"
It is a verrry good artile showing before/after photos of a few woman who lost weight after doing
parasite cleanses.
This is a mainstream magazine, so I was very happy to see the following quote: "...And since most doctors get little or no training in parasitology, they frequently overlook even the classic signs.."
They focus mostly on the microscopic parasites, but worms are also mentioned in the article. They provide links for their reccomended
parasite cleanser, and laboratory to send stool samples.
They also have a section on how to deal with "die off" , and how important it is to get plenty of fluids to wash out toxins emitted from parasites.
Pg. 31 features 5 every day foods that help debilitate parasites. (Cranberries, pumpkin seeds, garlic, Citrus and Carrots.)
Pg 30 mentions how
parasites can trigger yeast overgrowth, block absorption of nutrients, acidify body systems, make organs sluggish and slow down metabolism.
They feature the product, Para-Key capsules ($31.00 for 120) and Verma-Plus taken together--
Black Walnut Hulls, pumpkin seeds and cloves are also mentioned.
This is a very good article with lots of testimonies--- even one woman who's diabetes was reversed after dropping from 225 to 140 lbs just from
parasite cleansing.
