Thanks for the answers. Even though I own 5 zappers (all are either a Terminator or derivative of the Terminator), I never noticed any information about them that goes into this "class" you mentioned. Just from having worked in computers many years, I am generally familiar with the existance of regulatory requirements for electronic things like class-of-product,
Coffee-Enema approval, UL approval, yada yada yada on and on regulatory things like that. I am wondering if there is something specific about your circuit/design that puts it into this so-called class III rating that other designs, such as the Terminator, do not have to deal with because their circuit/design does not involve this requirement? Do you know off the top of your head, for instance, that the Terminator does/doesn't have to comply with this same Class regulation?
I have a suggestion for you. Don't know if it will lead anywhere positive, and it may seem like a strange one, but I really believe it may be worth your while to at least follow the suggestion. You no doubt know who Don Croft is. I've never met him in person but have exhanged emails with him several times in the past, also communicated indirectly via web-forums..... he even helped to get me booted off a current web forum for which he collaborates with the forum operator/owner. It's not easy to explain Don quickly, for one reason he is involved in a pretty wide variety of "things" shall we say, several of which one may eaisly look upon as "pretty far out there". For instance, I have the impression that Don would continue to market/sell his zappers even in the face of FDA pressure.... at least I feel pretty confident that the FDA and their minions would have to go to extreme measures in order to really shut down somebody like Don.....like making an actual raid on his home with guns drawn kind of stuff..... then again, maybe the Terminator design does not fall under the requirements of this Class regulation?.....Anyway, Don seems to have a pretty open attituded as far as how he sees the zapper market unfolding. By this I mean that my understanding is that he sees the entire zapper market such that there is a lot of room for a lot of other people besides himself to participate in this market. He does not seem to have the typical possessive / ruthless, coveting attitude in selling/marketing his brand of zappers...... he does not seem to be somebody who's out to corner the zapper market all for himself. Long story short, I suggest you email Don (see his worldwithout
parasites web site for email) and give him the quick overview of your zapper/FDA situation just to see if he replies with any advice. He is generally pretty good about replying to emails but this may take some time given his schedule, on top of the fact that I believe he and his wife are, as we speak, literally in the process of moving again. And, he may also take some time before replying in order to assess whether you are who you claim you are OR perhaps somebody trying to entrap him..... good luck.
You may also want to make an inquiry with George Ritchl at orgonize-africa. He occasionally posts at CureZone to notify people of pricing specials that may be going on for his products; he makes/sells Terminator-style zappers, including one with Gold electrodes/contacts.
