The first thing you need to do is to learn which foods you have been eating which are causing your body to become too Acidic, and then "STOP" eating those foods!
Are you able to do this ?
Do you have the will power to accomplish this simple task ?
Are you willing to change your Life style from eating Refined and Processed foods ?
Have you taken the first step in learning about what foods are causing you to become too Acidic, by getting yourself some pH strips and testing your urine and saliva each morn before eating or drinking anything and have you done this for at least one week and recorded the Results ?
For, "IF" you do not learn this, then there is not much Help for you !
