I have some of MH's Lecithin, came in a big bucket, and is quite thick. Re-using a glass honey jar, I spoon the jar half full of Lecithin, then fill the rest of the way with Olive Oil and shake a bit because the thick stuff tends to gravitate towards the bottom of the bottle, oil towards the top. Then when I want a dose, I just take a swig out of the bottle. This way, no need to heat.

I use a standard stainless steel pan, warm it up, then pour in the Olive Oil, then pour into bottles. Normally pure lecithin won't pour easily from a bottle, so what kind of lecithin are you buying????
