There is way more experienced people here, but I was using Colosan and this is what I did. I took Colosan at night just before bed on an empty stomach. I heaping teaspoon with 8
oz. (1 cup) of room temp. distilled water, then the lemon juice about 2 tbps. in 2
oz. (1/4) cup of distilled water. I changed to Apple Cider Vinegar, I had to add Pure Maple Syrup (1 tsp.) and drink it with a straw to get that down, but after a while I got use to the taste. I also repeated this in the morning.
An hour later I started my day with a warm tea (caffiene free) 1/2 hr later I had Kefir ( to put back the good bacteria that's needed ) for Breakfast ( 9 a.m. ). As you cleanse, you should omit the dairy, and drink Oragnic Juices and Broths. The colosan will break down/attack your food instead of cleansing your intestines. I was a coffee drinker for 10 years and I finally gave it up after reading so much on caffeine. I do not use Splenda, I read an article that they use Bleach to make it, I use Stevia Plus, Martins and Health food stores sell it.
Make sure you are drinking 1/2 of your body weight in ozs. of Natural Spring or Distilled Water everyday. About the gas feeling, see if it goes away after changing your diet. I drink/ate every 3 hours - juices and for supper a nice Organic Soup ( 6 p.m. ) - Broths was I little boring... I had Broccolli Soup and Butter Squash, Soups that didn't have big chucks in them.
I did this for 14 days, so people do it for longer others shorter. I hope I was able to help. What I do know is that I lost 6
lbs. of intestinal weight and I feel alot better, I never saw any parasites, I used the
Clarkia for the 14 days while cleansing.
