Breaking poorly happens...we get so excited with the prospect of eating that sometimes it's hard not to.
Don't worry about the BMs for now. It takes a few days for them to start up again after you are finished fasting - even if you break correctly. Don't do the tea or the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) anymore. You need to let your body get itself back on track. Keep eating healthy and light. I would suggest soups and juices until you get your BMs back on track. Juice with pulp can help. Pulp is a natural laxative. If you feel like having some more lemonade, make a few and leave the pulp in. Yum! :)
If it is several more days and you still don't have a BM, post again. You can also dig through the archives. I know I've seen posts from others who have had this problem.
