I use cinnamon, too - White Tiger knows what they're talking about. Keep up the ginger and cinnamon, but don't take massive quantities. Remember, Balance.
I couldn't figure out why for the life of me I was getting worse, and worse, and worse with my health. Horrible swelling in my intestines, painful 'stabbing', headaches, extreme fatigue, irritable mood, ect., even though I was doing daily enemas and eating what I thought was a better diet. The Universe said 'Enough!' when one day my enema bag fell and broke open. I would not have seen the mold otherwise. I do believe it was that mold that contributed to my illness, because I felt better the day after I had gotten a new enema bag.
Your body knows what to do - keep helping it by flushing. Fast to quicken the pace.
