Thank you guys taking the time to post your thoughtful answers.
At this time I have just began investigating and trying out flavors, energy levels, and posibilities. Not sure if totally raw will work for me yet.
Have so far been very surprised to find that my mind seems open to the idea, and the flavors so delicious. I do need to do a lot of reading, but for the time being I don't want to handicap the effort by not including enough protein and feeling like I cannot last the day.
At this time I'm thinking raw 2 days per week. It's a doable goal.
Your suggestions are much appreciated.
