Hi MH and everyone.
Just wanted to share this reallly great website link. Very interesting info on our everyday toxins in our cosmetics, household products, etc.. as it involves sheep fluke infestations and Aids/HIV
http://www.drhuldaclark.org/aids_dr_hulda_clark.htm
I plan to get her book- and read up on her parasite cleanse formula.
Very eye opening. I can no longer --after reading this article and others before this-- continue using the same cosmetics and beauty products I have been using , learning what I am learning now. I am being convicted to not let myself remain under the influence of the marketing industry.
No wonder I'm infested with parasites-- Not only my diet needs an overhaul , but i've been allowing toxins from every part of my life to settle in me.
This morning, I missed church- so I went through every cosmetic, bath and beauty supply, hand cream- and tossed everything out that had any kind of chemical name or Carbon, polypropolene, DEA, paraben, Mineral Oil,etc.,etc.. on the ingrediant-- which was like 95% of the stuff. Sadly, my sister and mother want to go through everything to use for themselves- but I want to throw it all in the dump so it wont be on my conscience!
The 5% I didnt feel bad about were some of the Burt's Bees' stuff I have- after checking their ingrediant listing.- unless im wrong.
Then I ended up tossing the toothpaste-- and discovered today that baking soda and peroxide is a pretty decent thing to use-- even just plain peroxide with a brush after flossing.
I used to use Pledge on my furniture- now im going to use Murphys Oil Soap mixed in some water.. Vinegar/water instead of Windex type glass cleaner, etc.
Since Im a fairly pale blah sandy blonde 41 year old- i need some color on my face and eyes-- so I decided to make some eye shadows using ground cinnamon and ground ginger. I made a powder blush using ground persimmon mixed with a little ground ginger. I have to say it does look really awesome. I should have done this years ago. Steeped teabags also make great instant blushers and add a nice color too.
MH, I followed your input on another post in the parasite forums, and picked up a ripe pine-apple. After Supper today, I cut the whole thing and we all ate some. My sister was drawn to it- she has bad digestive problems, and I think she is probably also infested with worms since childhood.
(WARNING, THIS MAY BE GROSS TO SOME- DONT READ WHILE EATING)
I put my raw ripe pineapple all cut up in a seperate bowl, and truly enjoyed it. Before that I had a large salad, then a raw apple. Do you know that only about 10 minutes after eating the pineapple- with herbal tea and cloves, that I had a large bowel movement with lots and lots of dead worms! Also I think I have more than one kind of Fluke- as I have little brown flukes, and also black ones. Saw for the first time in this bowel movement black spidery threads that Dr. Hulda Clark says are the egg cases for those black suckers... (Sheep Fluke?).
I'm happy to be elminating the egg cases and not just the flukes
Well in any case- I say, "better out than in!" and it really does feel soo much better eating raw washed fruits and vegetables- and skipping the meat and dairy for me. Im even limiting the grains til I can get my hands on some alfalfa sprouts.
I am forever grateful for your suggestions on diet and Dr. Hulda Clark- I plan on reading more of her articles- and reading what she used in that parasite cleanse.
God Bless!
