Hi:
I used the following CD to access one of my past lives and found out that I was a man named Leonold. From what I was able to see in my mind's eye, it was several centuries ago, I lived by the ocean and I worked as a writer. The CD helps you 'see' your surroundings and from that vivid pictures emerge. I was able to attend my wedding to a beautiful plump woman. By the way, I'm female in this life. It was quite a trip.

The DJC Method(TM) of Past Life Recall - This CD is a distinct module in the Douglas James Cottrell Method(TM) of Meditation series. It contains a full meditation designed for you to do in the comfort of your own home. Learn to access the record of your own mind to unlock the mystery to who you were and who you are from unexplained fears and phobias to latent talents and abilities. Knowledge of past experiences and how they resonate with present-day circumstances can be a powerful tool for self-discovery.
Hi Norris6:
Much more came out of the Past Life Regression exercise that I didn't write about in my previous post and I want to go back and do it again to see if I recall the same past life or if another one pops up.
I have always been attracted to water...especially salt water. Over the past 25 years I have vacationed in Cape Cod and Boston area over a dozen times and when I am there, I feel 'at home'. I am drawn to the area and the people. I believe that the scenes that I saw in my mind when I was 'Leonold' were from this area but several centuries ago.
To answer your other question, yes, I am starting to write more. I started volunteering as the editor of Douglas's newsletter this past spring and really enjoy putting it together. You can visit my BLOG here on the Curezone to see what I do... http://curezone.com/blogs/f.asp?f=214&t=74662.32
When Douglas held the past life regression workshop in Warwick, Rhode Island in June, there were over 20 people in the group. Everyone experienced their own regression with Douglas's guidance. That's why you can use it over and over again to recall different lives or a group of people can do it together.
Blessings,
Anne
