Mr. Germany,
You've got a great list there. Nobody really knows how much of any supplement to take. The grandmother whose grandson has Duchenne on doctoryourself.com lists what the child's mother was giving to her son. He weighed 40
pounds at the time. So I would increase that dosage for every 40 pounds. If you weigh 160 pounds, try multiplying the dosage 4 times and see what happens.
Now I will tell you a little about natural healing. :-)
You will want to take the flax oil, wheat germ oil, and evening primrose or borage oil for the EFAs and Vitamin E. The wheat germ oil has the best kind of Vitamin E there is. You will want to take CoQ10 since several studies show its benefits.
You can get all the selenium you ever need by eating a handful of raw organic brazil nuts every day. You never need to take artifical selenium.
The vitamin C you can get by drinking 8
ounces fresh squeezed organic citrus juice (grapefruit + orange + lemon + lime in any combination) every morning.
You'll get all the vitamin A you need if you juice carrots. Drink a 1/2 gallon a day, or at least a
quart (1 liter) every day. You can drink it straight or 50% carrot/50% apple juice. Get a Champion or some other kind of juicer. Professional body builders do this all the time. Add 2 tablespoons of Superfood to the juice twice a day and you will have all the B complex vitamins you need. Superfood is full of B vitamins in the best form there is. Throw in some cayenne pepper. It is good for your blood circulation and will help carry the nutrients to your cells faster.
Lecithin is a good idea. I got mine from Lewis Labs & take a tablespoon in one of my glasses of juice.
I'll find out what is a good source of magnesium. It is best if we get these minerals from nature.
I am curious to try the glyconutrients, etc you mention. Are you excited? I am!
18 is a very fun age to be. I am your Mother's age. :-)
Many blessings from Texas,
-Donna
