I'm not a pro, but I can tell you what I'm doing. Started with a raw food diet,
parasite cleanse, bowel cleanse, kidney cleanse. Mornings -I have a drink consisting of 2 teaspoons maple syrup, with stevia and/or eual and sweetnlow, 1-2 lemons and/or limes, cayenne pepper, oxymune, potassium, liquid multi-mineral vitamin supplement in a 20
oz glass. Mid mornings - 20
oz. herb tea with stevia and/or eual and sweetnlow or sometimes 16
oz. organic vegetable broth, Lunch - fresh organic green juice (assorted green vegetables) with a half or whole green apple to keep it from tasting bitter, sometimes I'll have a wheatgrass shot, or sometimes 16
oz. organic green apple juice. To keep me from getting bored, I chew gum on occasion. It doesn't bother me. That's about it. After work I will have water or tea or broth, sometimes the morning drink. In lieu of Salt Water Flushes, I take Swiss Kriss Laxative Tablets, or Colosan, or Enemas, or use my Colema Board. I've just done my Third
Liver Flush (2nd since I started fasting) and will continue every two weeks. The only time I've experienced any weakness was when I stopped taking the potassium and mutivitamin-mineral supplement a few days, and I could understand why someone would break a fast in that condition; It's scary and you could pass out. When I understood what was happening, I took it real slow and filled up on extra potassium, vitamins, and vegetable broth and put some
Sea Salt in all my drinks until I felt normal again. So it's important even if you are consuming water to not risk depletion of electrolytes, particularly sodium and potassium. As long as you pay attention to your body and make adjustments according to your body's needs, you will be able to succeed with a long fast. You can check out my other posts also.
