good luck and i look forward to readign about your journey. think about starting your own blog it is a great way to document how you feel and recieve encouragement and advise. it also made me feel accountable on checking in each day i highly reconmend it. these first few days are tuff but you will come out feeling soooo much better. happy juicing!

Good luck on the start of your fast. I will be very interested in seeing how you progress. I usually find myself on the Liver Flush Forum and did much research and reading of post before I did my fist flush. I do believe that cure zone is a Great place to be.

As with the liver flush, I have had a desire to find out more about the juice fast. I always seem to start a diet off with a bang and go out with a fizzle. I feel that I may be looking at the whole process wrong. I should be more concerned with the way I'm feeling and not the way I'm looking. It seems when you start doing one healthy thing that is successful, it leads you to seek out others.

I hope as you take your journey you will be as open as possible. Good moments and bad moments shared, are so valuable to those of us who seek knowledge. Ignorance is NOT bliss. Maybe it will help you to know that others like myself are not only observing your experience but are cheering you own. A success for you is a success for us.

I am sure eating raw for a couple day has helped you. I gave up most Sugar and caffine for about 6 days before the actual fast. I think it makes a difference. Most likely you will go through some rough detox days, but it gets better as you go. I am on day 18 and feel I have been through the worst. (knock on wood). You will get alot of support here, so you are in the right place.
