You need to do a daily colon cleansing routine, every day you fast. This is critical to help the body remove the copious amounts of toxins you release during a fast. An enema is well worth learning to do properly. Many times a plain
water enema has stopped a detox crisis in its tracks for me!
You can drink a strong cup of herbal lax tea PM/AM, OR herb tea PM, salt water flush am. This requires about an hour and a half, and is NOT appropriate for the commute!! lol
Dissolve 2 tsp. UNIODIZED
Sea Salt in 1 c. drinkably hot water
Have the remaining 3 c. plain water standing by
Chug as much salt water as you can, chase with plain. Chug and chase til ALL the water is down the hatch. About an hour later the whole
quart will exit in dramatic fashion, carrying all within its path!
You can substitute a plain
water enema for any/all of the above. A huge advantage is you get a good flush of the lower intestines, and you decide where and when. The
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is not always terribly convenient (though arguably quite effective!).
The enemas &
colonics forum here at curezone has all the info on HOW. The hardest part is getting started--once you've done one there are no surprises. It is a simple process, and very effective. Learn a new skill!!
