I reported clear skin following an excellent Liver Flush back in August I do believe... and still absolutely NO problems since! It truly is a miracle!!
I have been doing serious colon cleansing for almost four years but was still having adult Acne ALL the time! I had flushed my liver maybe 4-5 times yielding pretty much chaff and a few pea sized stones, then suddenly BAM! I passed a whole potty load of beautiful jade green stones about the size of small prunes! ACK!!!

This is a reply to # 676,911I live in Mexico and do a parasite cleanse about every 6 months.
It's pretty pointless to flush your liver if you have live critters in there! If you haven't done it in a while, parasite cleansing is a great idea.

This is a reply to # 676,915Herbal colon cleanses, but mainly juice fasting (30 days one year, sixty days last summer, sixty this year as a series of ten dayers with ten days cleansing diet between). I have done MANY professional colonics... nothing does the work like professional colonics and juice fasting (I have done both The Master Cleanse and fruit/veg juices--great forums on both types of fasting here at curezone).
And of course the liver flush, parasite cleanses and kidney cleanses... it's been quite a journey! I feel and look like a different person!

Sorry for so many questions, but I'm new in here, and I'm trying to cure my acne. After I passed that mother lode of stones my skin was IMMEDIATELY clear! It was like a miracle! I am lucky not to have scars for some reason. I have certainly had some mega breakouts which should have scarred, but didn't. I dunno.
My skin has been wonderful now for all these months, truly miraculous after the years of cleansing my colon, which would clear it for a while, then back it would come. The liver seems to have been the key!
Remember it can take several flushes to get those stones-- 4-5 in my case, more in others. Go to the very helpful and supportive forum for Liver Flushing here at curezone, browse through the FAQs at the top of the page and ask any questions you may have!
If your colon is dirty, that is another good focus!
