I have tryed many different things Antibiotics , Antibiotic creams, face washs, never went on accutane i was always scared to
after i heard about the side affects and my Drem told me the ance could come back even after taking accutane its short term.

I have never had normal Acne like get pimple`s then It comes to a head and pop`s and dry`s up last 3 days or so i wish ...no i have the huge cysts , red, sore pus
that never go away takes months and after another scar :(
I am going to cleanse i really think this is the root of my Acne
i have read alot on cure zone and everything says to clean my self from the inside out full of toxin`s see if i can pass any stones ...i am not sure where to start i am going to start slow i am going to start drinking the B+P shakes
and see how that works ..i also have cut out alot of sugars like coke ,choclate , cake , i am going to try and eat better and drink more water.

I know the sunlight helps and when i am the happiest my face is good. I went on Holidays for 2 months when i left on my holiday with cysts on my face after a month on holidays my face was sooooo much better no cysts i felt great love it i could face people and feel good about my self i never got one cysts at all in 2 months wow!! I spend alot of time in the sun and walking alot and was happy thats the only thing i did different i looked great after coming back home about a month after my face went to hell i got cysts every week a new one and its been awful i dont know why ??i am not in the sun like like i was and i stress out over my face hate the way i looking but i have faith i can found root of this i know it will take time all the junk i have put in my body over the yeras will take time to clean out but i am at a point i have to over come this its controling me i hate to go out i dont have friends because i dont want to see anyone ..like this ...i sleep to much feel depressed about this for to long so i have to try something and thats clean my blood liver,bowel, ect ect...i really hope this is the root of this evil acne... I will give you the same information I sent Sharonamor and John. I have suffered from cystic Acne for 24 years and the only thing that has helped me is to change my diet and use progesterone cream. I have had to eleminate almost all simple Sugar and carbohydrates from my diet. I eat lean meat and vegetables especially raw salad. I use stevia and vegetable glycerin as sweeteners. I use a homemade salad dressing made up of flax oil (you can also use Total EFA), mustard and vegetable glycerin to sweeten with herbs and spices of your choice. I only eat sprouted breads and I found a company called the "Essential Sprouted Grain Company" out of New Mexico that I buy sprouted spelt flour from. This is the only flour I can use that does not make me break out. In order to keep hormones balanced you do not want your insulin levels to fluxuate by eating Sugar and refined carbohydrates. Do not eat hydrogenated oils of any kind and one other thing I forgot to tell the other two is cook with butter instead of vegetable oil. Eat only low glycemic berries such as strawberries. I don't know if this will help the guys out there, but I use progesterone cream and even put some on my face to counteract any estrogen dominance effect. Hope this helps and good luck!
