Hello,
I just started approaching a woman and my heart started opening for her, she showed me she likes me (through body contact, kissing...) I helped her in different ways, health issues and practicalities like steps to get a job, preparing fliers for her,… I invited her to my home for lunch, cooked for her. She was also interested in good information about health I had. I put together the files and sent them to her… TILL THIS POINT IT WAS OK for me to do these things:
But next day she answers “thanks for the files, a pity that I cannot read all the files, because my computer may be having a virus since some days, if you could repair it… and that without showing much appreciation either…”
At that point I started feeling used.
I’m feeling hurt right now. I’m thinking I should keep distance for her now that we are still in the beginning. Don’t know if I want to tell her even how I feel about the situation. I’m confused about what to do right now. Have you been in a similar situation? Do you have any advise?

You may be right about your feelings,but you cannot know for sure.
If i were you,i'd say;i wil see what i can do about your computer(if she lives near)
If she does not show appreciation then,you know you are taken for granted.
Personally i do not see anything wrong with her reaction,she could not read the papers,so she does not know what she has to be gratefull for(although she could have thanked you for your action alone.Some people are a bit slower than others,give her another chance,and perhaps even more chances if there is nothing else thats bothering you.
You can also tell her you,like everyone,need to feel appreciated.

MoreThis is a reply to # 668,685It might be possible that she uses you, but there might also be a positive part about she 'inviting' you to her home...
I mean u two had some body contact u kissed and stuff and now she's asking you to 'look after her computer'...that's exactely the same scene as in most movies...maybe she's trying to seduce you at her home or at least make out with u, because women usually feel more comfortable in their own home when they are taking a big step in a relationship or into a relationship...so I would definitely go to her house and see what happens from there...- Re: Thank you very much, mailgame PTtogether

You had a great insight. Yes probably she was a bit overwhelmed at my home and felt a bit insecure here (after all, I think the lunch was very delicious and exotic and the house looked nice, clean, etc...,) this can impress a bit sometimes, I know.
And yes, probably she just would feel safer at her home. I’m coming slowly solowly out of the pain and the reaction stage and soon I will have a more sensible answer. Thank you very much, this helps me a lot. It is amazing what you care and I feel grateful.

I’m so happy that you answer. Yes, probably it is too soon to judge. And probably I’m too sensitive at the moment. I will wait. I was so open suddenly after so long time that when I felt she doesn’t move at the same pace I do I immediately felt hurt, and the hurt was so intense that it remained in me the whole time. Whatever I was doing during the day I could not get rid of it and probably that was right because through that pain I can see many things. I try to keep open and let it be.
I will answer her when I feel I’m coming from a cleaner space, when I have processed a bit more. Thanks for your help. It is great to have you. I’m crying tears of gratitude.

Yes,looks like you are too sensitive!
If i were you,i would get to know her first,find out if she is to be my wife,best friend for life.Not get too physical right away,a little bit is allright(used to do that(would not do again) and now know that that added part ALWAYS changes any relationship)Feelings become blurred,avoid unnessary pain and confusion.Once you are sure about her,theres the rest of your lifes for that!
Try not to hope 100% on this lady,80%or whatever ok,a little part of your feelings should be detached(hard,but can be done)if she is the one,Great,if not,thats ok also,knowing theres still waiting something better for you out there,and also know you are never alone!In case she askes why your holding back(if you are)always be honest,and tell her you want to get to know her first.Anybody would understand that,and speeking for myself,appreciate that.i am a woman myself.

It really rings some bells in me what you say. Yes, too sensitive, not a good space to make a move and take decisions but rather to learn and sense what I want and where I am. I'll take it easy and enjoy things as they are right now and won't push anything (specially sex/body contact). Things need to settle inside myself and I trust that when that happens I'll find the right answer/person, I'm on the way...

This is a reply to # 668,682This is where guys need to be guys. She's shown you a taste of future events, and thus, you need to act accordingly. Dump her. Users need, no--DESERVE to be dumped on their ass as soon as humanly possible. Let go of the emotion and do what needs to be done. There are so many more women out there...don't get hung out to dry on the users of society.
