I need to lose about 40 to 50
lbs. I want to do it the healthiest way possible, so I'm not in a huge rush.. it's taken 10 years to gain the weight!
I was skinny until I started gaining weight around 22 years old and now I'm 33. I've stayed around the same weight now for about 3 years. Most people can't believe I'm 50 lbs overweight I guess it doesn't show on me somehow.
My main problem is that I think I don't eat often enough then I overeat when I do eat. I also go through periods where I exercise a lot then I stop for months. I've had problems getting to the gym so I've asked someone to send me some exercise tapes to use at home.
I tried Atkins last year and lost 10 lbs then quit and gained it back.
I have a very inconsistent schedule and I don't like to cook.
I wonder if the only way to lose weight is if someone prepared meals for me. BTW I live in Jamaica so the prepackaged plans aren't really an option.. at least I've never seen them here.
What do you guys think?
